Concierge MD app for iPhone and iPad

Concierge MD allows your health care provider to offer expanded access, specialized services and customized health programs to select patients who want or need extra care and attention.

Please note: the Concierge MD patient app currently requires an invitation from a doctor or health care professional.

CONCIERGE ACCESS
With an invitation from your health care provider, you can now access enhanced, specialized care that addresses your needs that cannot be adequately addressed during normal office visits. Your doctor or health care professional will have access to your daily automated interview history, increased visibility into your progress, and will receive distress notifications when your pain or illness demands it.

AUTOMATED HEALTH INTERVIEW SESSIONS
With only 30 seconds a day, you can capture your daily progress on your health journey using our "Ask Me Daily" automated interviews. Choose when and how often you receive your session notifications (daily, weekly or whenever you wish). You cancel or defer sessions as necessary, or pause them for extended periods when they are not needed. Work with your provider to customize your session, adding whatever health data points you wish to include in your journey profile.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING
Concierge appointments, usually conducted over the phone or Facetime, can be booked using the Concierge MD booking tool. Simply request an appointment time, choose one alternate, and your provider will confirm the date and time with you directly in the app.

DIRECT MESSAGING
Concierge messaging allows you to communicate directly with your provider using a text chat interface. Attach images and files to your messages, ask non-urgent questions, or just stay in touch regarding your progress.

PERSONALIZATION
Personalize your app with your profile picture and other personal or professional details that can help your provider by offering them additional context around your unique health care journey and goals.
